Wednesdays at 6 p.m. – Beginner Level Flow; 60 minutes
Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. – All Levels Flow; 70 minutes
Wednesdays at 8:45 p.m. – All Levels Meditation; 30 minutes*

New Year’s Meditation Series & Weekly Sittings

Sunday & Wednesday Evenings in January
$60 for 4 week Sunday Series / $90 for series plus Wednesday sittings / $40 for Wednesday Sittings only
Beginning January 10, this Four-week New Years Meditation Series will give you a foundation for creating a home meditation practice. Each session will include instructions for a different mindfulness meditation technique, so you will have a variety of tools to try out. The group will include periods of instruction, guided meditation, and discussion each week. (Don’t worry, you will not be asked to meditate for an hour & a half straight!) You will slowly increase the length of time spent in meditation from week to week. You will leave each session with additional guidance to address obstacles and deepen your home meditation practice. Working as a group, we will share experiences and support one another on this path of awakening to presence.
Weekly Wednesday night sittings will allow you the opportunity to practice in a group setting with Meryl Arnett as a facilitator.
