A light-hearted flow will wind us through gentle hip openers and heart openers to create the warmth and energy needed for our day. Join Meryl Arnett, E-RYT 500, for a morning of meditation myth-busting! We all know meditation is good for us and we all know we “should” do it. Maybe we even try… sometimes… But, in the midst of our busy, constantly-overfull lives, meditation often becomes just one more thing we are failing at. One more thing we don’t have time for.

Happily, it doesn’t have to be this way. We will spend an hour learning what it actually means to be mindful, and how to easily incorporate a simple meditation practice into our lives just as they are now. No more trying to change. No more “failing”. Discover how to live your life more mindfully, and walk away with several tools to incorporate a mindfulness practice that is just right for you.
