  • Monday Night Meditation Series The First 3 Mondays of Each Month

    Join me every Monday night from 6:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for my Monday Night Meditation Series. Each month, we will focus on a new community intention designed to inspire and ignite your meditation practice! The first 3 Mondays of the month will introduce the series and the remaining Mondays are make-up days or extra practices!

    Beginners always welcome, and drop-ins are available for single sessions.

  • Deep Listening A silent, half-day meditation retreat

    Sunday, Sept. 23
    8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

    The exploration of silence is one of our most sacred practices; it is an exploration of the soul. This half-day retreat is an opportunity for inner listening, for reflecting, and for intention setting. We sit on the first day of autumn to welcome in the harvest of all our work thus far. This is a rich time to broaden your awakening and deepen your understanding of yourself and your practice.
