Wigwam Wellness Festival: April 12 - May 3

Check out this awesome Wellness Festival running throughout April at the Chattahoocee Nature Center! I'll be leading two programs on Sunday, May 3:

Exploring Truth
In this all levels vinyasa class, we will explore Truth (Satya) and how to use it as a source of strength both in our yoga practice and in our day-to-day lives. Class will include breathwork, a series of strengthing postures and some deep heart-openers to help us experience the freedom and openness that comes from working within our Truth. 2:15 - 3:15 p.m.
Finding Your Purpose

This meditation class will guide participants through the process of tapping into their souls' purpose. Finding our purpose is about discovering our humanity. It is about moving towards healing and wholeness. We will discuss the difference between "egoic" and "liberating" intentions, explore what our individual intentions might be and sit through a 20 - 30 minute guided meditation. No experience necessary. Beginners and experienced meditators alike are welcome! 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
