Itsy Bitsy Yoga
As you can imagine, I've been VERY excited to return to the yoga mat after giving birth to my son, Asa. Finding the time and energy to practice has been a quite a process, but I've discovered that sharing my practice with Asa rather trying to do it solo is so rewarding for both of us.
