Meditation. Always.

I've really gotten away from writing lately. I still bring a theme to each class I teach but I've been quite lazy about putting those themes into written words this year. As I work to get back to regular writing habit, I thought I would instead share a new meditation tool I've recently discovered. I'm always looking for little ways to help us (ALL of us) step into the space of meditation. In a recent Shambala Sun article, k.d. lang mentions a non-profit that she supports, Tools for Peace and the app they created: Stop Breathe Think. I LOVE it. It is a fanastic way to get 5 - 15 minutes of meditation into your day. And, hello. It is FREE?! You can purchase longer meditations within the app and all purchases go directly to support the non-profit. I've used it for the last week and thought it was a great tool for dipping into a meditation practice. If you've been wanting to explore meditation, give it a try and let me know what you think!
